Is anyone else experiencing an outage?

  Yes. This is BS. This is the THIRD NIGHT that the internet has gone down and it's usually out from 10 PM to about 10 AM – 12 HOURS!!! WTH is going on??? And now their office is CLOSED Today? Are we supposed to go without internet or not be able to watch TV all frigging weekend????

  Same here contacted them to figure out what happened and they won’t tell me if it is my equipment or if it is maintenance or a fault in their servers. I literally had to buy 5g home internet as a backup because I work from home and their internet is so unreliable.
